Refund policy

In the event an item arrives and you are not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days from delivery so that we may resolve any issues.

We do not issue refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Should a product be faulty, or if it has been damaged in transit, we shall gladly replace it if stock is available, or alternately provide a refund or credit note.

The customer is responsible for all costs incurred in returning items by mail to The Greenhouse.
