Shipping policy

We ship our goods throughout Australia and charge a flat rate of $10 per order (under 3kg). We do our very best to dispatch within 48 hours. All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. Flat rate shipping applies to all products under 3kg; additional charges may be applicable for heavier/bulkier parcels - we will contact you if further charges are applicable.

The Greenhouse takes no responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address and is not liable for any loss associated.

We do not offer international shipping.

To minimise our impact on the environment we package orders in compostable mailers. Bulkier parcels will, where possible, be sent in recycled boxes and packaging - these boxes may not be eye-catching, but it’s one small step to minimising waste.
